I am a 30 year old woman living in Queensland, Australia.
Recently, I was diagnosed with IBS, after a lifetime of pain and suffering with no clear cause, and the course of action decided by my GP is to do the Fodmap diet.
I don’t know what I am doing yet, but I am figuring it out, and charting it as I go. For more on how this blog came about and what it hopes to achieve, please click here.
I own my own business in PR and work in the motorsport industry, and I love to write (hence this blog). I also have two cats who are absolutely my babies and as such will most likely show up here from time to time, and an amazingly supportive partner who doesn’t mind that I am a crazy cat lady or that I have feel the urge to share my IBS/Fodmap journey with the world.
If you want to know more, let me know!
