Tried and Tested Recipe: No Bake Choc Crunch Bars

I saved the link to this recipe from TODAY from one of the low-FODMAP Facebook Groups I am a part of a while back, and when I was looking for travel-friendly snacks to make for a work trip, I thought it was a great excuse to give it a try.

I don’t think I have seen a more simple recipe recently, there are literally just TWO ingredients – dark chocolate, and puffed brown rice. That’s it.

You simply melt, stir, refrigerate – that’s it.

And the verdict? They are AMAZING. Just one bar is more than enough though for a serving, they are definitely a ‘rich’ treat!
